1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BlindlyDate (the "Service", "we", "us") you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform and delete your account.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and your own.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.
- You have never been convicted of a sexual offence, stalking, or any crime that would reasonably make other users unsafe.
3. Nature of the service
BlindlyDate is a curated matchmaking platform, not a dating guarantee service. We facilitate introductions between consenting adults. We do not guarantee compatibility, the outcome of any meeting, or any specific result from using the platform.
4. User responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Misuse the platform or attempt to access it through automated means.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, stalk or harm any other user.
- Share false, misleading or impersonating information.
- Use BlindlyDate for any illegal activity, solicitation, sex work, or commercial purpose.
- Share another user's private information without their explicit consent.
5. Safety disclaimer
BlindlyDate performs selfie verification and human moderation, but does not conduct full criminal background checks. You alone are responsible for your safety when interacting with other users, including any offline meeting. We strongly recommend you meet in public places and inform a trusted contact before any date.
6. Payments and refunds
- All payments cover the matchmaking service only, not any specific outcome.
- Payments are non-refundable unless covered by our Refund Policy.
- Pricing may change with notice; existing prepaid services are honoured.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. We may also retain limited data after deletion as required for legal compliance or safety review.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindlyDate, its founders, employees and partners are not liable for: user behaviour; emotional distress; physical or financial harm; loss of data; disputes between users; or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Intellectual property
All BlindlyDate trademarks, logos, software and content are owned by BlindlyDate. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to display and process it for the purpose of running the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of BlindlyDate after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
