What you are paying for
Payments cover access to the matchmaking service: curation, verification, and the platform. They do not pay for a guaranteed match or any specific outcome of a date.
When refunds apply
- Duplicate payment. Full refund within 7 working days.
- Technical failure on our side. If you were charged but the service did not activate, you get a full refund.
- Verification rejection. If we cannot verify your account and you have not used the service, you get a full refund.
When refunds do not apply
- Change of mind after the service has been used.
- Match did not lead to a date or relationship.
- Account suspended or banned for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.
How to request a refund
- Open the Help Center.
- Select Refund request as the category.
- Include the transaction ID and a short explanation.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
