Refund Policy

Honest, clear refund rules. No hidden small print.

What you are paying for

Payments cover access to the matchmaking service: curation, verification, and the platform. They do not pay for a guaranteed match or any specific outcome of a date.

When refunds apply

  • Duplicate payment. Full refund within 7 working days.
  • Technical failure on our side. If you were charged but the service did not activate, you get a full refund.
  • Verification rejection. If we cannot verify your account and you have not used the service, you get a full refund.

When refunds do not apply

  • Change of mind after the service has been used.
  • Match did not lead to a date or relationship.
  • Account suspended or banned for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the Help Center.
  2. Select Refund request as the category.
  3. Include the transaction ID and a short explanation.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
