Anti-Abuse and Anti-Crime Policy

BlindlyDate has zero tolerance for behaviour that puts members at risk. This policy explains what is prohibited and how we respond.

Strictly prohibited

  • Fraud, financial scams, romance scams or extortion.
  • Harassment, intimidation, threats, doxxing or stalking, online or offline.
  • Sexual misconduct of any kind.
  • Identity misuse, impersonation, deepfakes or stolen photos.
  • Drug trafficking or any other illegal solicitation.
  • Recording, screenshotting or sharing private conversations without consent.

How we respond

  • Immediate account suspension while we investigate serious reports.
  • Permanent bans for verified violations.
  • Preservation of relevant data and chats for legal investigation.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement when required by court order or to prevent imminent harm.

Helping us help you

  • Report abuse from the chat or match screen.
  • Provide as much detail as possible: usernames, dates, screenshots, location.
  • If you are in immediate danger, contact local police first, then report on BlindlyDate.
